Catholic Pedophile Problem sheep 10/25/2017 (Wed) 15:22:24 [Preview] No. 96 [Reply]
Why is it so unique to them? My guess is its to do with their centralised command structure.

Also: why are they so unwilling to talk about it?
The worst part of the scandal was the cover-up effort by the church. Can catholics here really be so stupid as to make the same mistake?
Tell them this
The fact that you think pedophiles are "unique to catholics", or that you will find them at an unusual rate shows how much of a good goy you are.

No, I don't worship Mary.

>Do you know how the day system used to work when there were only 20 mysteries?

Yes, I do.
On Mondays and Thursdays, pray the Joyful Mysteries.
On Tuesdays and Fridays, pray the Sorrowful Mysteries.
On Wednesdays and Saturdays, pray the Glorious Mysteries.

As for Sundays - during Advent and Christmas time, pray the Joyful Mysteries.
During Lent, pray the Sorrowful Mysteries.
All other Sundays, pray the Glorious Mysteries.

The Rosary in the form that our Lady gave it to St. Dominic consists of 150 Hail Marys and 15 Our Fathers. When John Paul II added the Luminous Mysteries, he changed the chaplet into something other than the true Holy Rosary as the Mother of God herself defined it.

N.B., I am a Traditional Catholic, I do not recognize the innovations of Vatican II, rather I stand with Pope St. Pius X against modernism. I invite all Catholics reading this to explore Catholic tradition and reclaim their spiritual heritage.

Yeah, in the vision of a vision. It's bullshit. If you think you know better than the Bishop of Rome, just call yourself a Protestant.

>presume to tell someone how to be a traditional Catholic
>call the Blessed Virgin Mary's apparition to St. Dominic "bullshit"
Satan is disappointed in your weak polemic.

Is anyone a born-again Christian on this board? Did you ever fall out of religion? What inspired you to come back and how did you prepare yourself to be welcomed back to God's kingdom?
>>21
I had an epiphany one day that God is real, Jesus is real and He's right there watching you. He knows all the hairs on your head. This is why I had to force myself to pray when I came back to Christ, because I thought it was silly to pray since I was steeped in the flesh, in the world. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

I severely backslid and came back to Christ, happened over years. I consider myself to be born-again because I believe that God is Spirit and that we worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. The most important thing is, faith without works is dead. There is a difference between the spirit and the soul so I never had a feeling of being saved in general, but have felt movements of the Holy Spirit. Faith without works is dead, so I repented of my sins, read the Bible cover-to-cover with the force and power of the Holy Spirit, and I prayed. I cannot stress how important it is to read the Bible cover-to-cover in the Spirit, this is the primary way that God speaks to you. Remember, seek and you will find. God bless.

I was raised as a Christian. I had some struggles with the reality of it all, until my faith was solidified all of a sudden.

But since then, I had gradually slipped away from the church. What got me to come back was Basic Training. It was probably the single worst experience of my life. Basic Training isn't the same for everyone; ours was worst than most.
It was good, though, because it was a huge religious revival for me. It became clear that God puts us through (seemingly) terrible situations and experiences because he is making us into the people he needs us to be.

I've been strong in my faith ever since, although I struggle with my sin like everybody.
What do you exactly mean by born-again christian? I see this phrase being talked from americans a lot. Please note I was bron and raised christian in a country that everyone is either christian or atheist who was raised christian.
Most Christians who identify as born again belong in the pentecostal crowd

They go from ex drug dealers to porn addicts who believe god set them free from addiction

Often times they aren't free from addiction and just play that guitar to seem holy and redeemed

There are genuine people in that group, like any other denomination.
In the end we all believe Christ Truly died on the cross and rose again
>Praise Him.
Honestly, the thing that brought me back fully to the Church was Trump's kikery. During the election period and afterward, I spent way too much time and energy on politics. Worse, I put entirely too much faith in man.
When Trump decided to fall for the gas baby meme in Syria and then bomb Syrian villages filled with Christians, it was a wake up call. I had put entirely too much faith in man, and in a very flawed man.
That said, this only strengthened my faith. It wasn't like I was a fedora ever.

Will we ever be getting these on this site?
Should we get these on this site?
>>61
I think they should be brought in. I'm sure the moderators can review a person's post history. If someone is false flagging, they should be banned.

Other than that there is no problem with them. Interdenominational shitposting will happen without flags anyway - the flags themselves aren't the issue.
