I suppose it does, but not in the same way as just asking 'Do we have free will?', because the answer to that is obviously 'Yes!'. I think that this question is a little more nuanced. Given that Christ exists outside of time, he doesn't see and experience things happening in the same linear fashion that we do. He knows everything that is, and was, and is to be. Just because he knows what decision I will make, doesn't mean I don't have the free will to make it at the time that I am experiencing it.
